Insomnia must have...

Want to go to a peaceful, serene state of mind? This book can take you there. You just drift asleep to the smooth, relaxing sound of the narrator's voice and wake up totally refreshed. I not only thoroughly enjoyed this listen, but highly recommend it.

Can't keep my eyes open.

I have listened to this book more than four times now. I would love to tell you how it ends, but I have no idea because I keep feeling asleep. The calm soothing vice of the narrator and the peaceful music allows the listener to peacefully fall asleep.

I'm thoroughly pleased with this book and highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping at night.

FAST TALKER

The narrator used a tone and quickness that did not lend itself to relaxation for me. In fact quite the opposite. I would recommend listening to a sample before purchase to make certain it doesn't have the same effect on you.

Relaxing

Not a deep meditation, more like guided instructions with soothing music telling you what to feel, permission to rest and to relax. I fell asleep during the second playing of it.

Helps You to Fall Asleep

Another great meditation audio from Living in Bliss Productions. While I didn't fall asleep as I listened to this audiobook, I did become very relaxed and it helped to put me into the mindset to go to sleep before my "normal" time. I do not have problems with insomnia but getting my brain to switch to sleep mode can be a challenge and this completely helped me to do this. I will recommend this book to all. It really is enjoyable to listen to. The narrator has an excellent voice to lull you into a relaxed state.

Slept Like A Baby

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for about a year now and this 30 min program had me asleep within minutes. I do not even know how long I was even awake until the next thing I knew my alarm was going off at 5:30 am. I awoke so refresh and felt like I had a tremendous amount of energy as well

Asleep before the end

I have had sleep trouble for as long as I can remember. Last night I tried this guided meditation for the first time and I was asleep before the end! I appreciated the soothing background sounds as well as the calm gentle voice. I have tried other guided meditations but so far I like this one best.

Exquisitely Produced Guided Meditation

This is one of the better guided sleep meditations that I've heard. It is exquisitely produced, with soothing background music. The narrator has a pleasant voice, perfect for gently guiding the listener to sleep.

This is a valuable tool for those seeking a better night's rest, and I look forward to hearing more from Living in Bliss Productions.
