Very positive and helpful

The guided meditations are very positive and helpful. I listen to them as I fall asleep each night. They reduce my worry and anxiety about my health problems. I have not been healed completely, but I think meditation helps my health and keeps my condition from progressing.

As always Peace Found

As always Peace Found Now books never disappoint me. I feel sad when I actually get toward the end. I'd just like to listen this art and never stop. Makes me feel great, whole and in control towards the right path, this time over.

Wonderful Book

Skill full book

I've meditated over the years, but only recently discovered this book of guided meditations. I use it often and have given it as a gift because I value its simplicity and straightforward approach. It's a great introduction to meditation as well as a call back to the "beginner's mind" for people who aren't new to the practice

This is a great book

This is a great book . It has many meditations and also narrative. There is no music with it, which suits the meditation well in this case. The narrative is good, not droning, rather engaging. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Buddhist loving-kindness-type of meditation.

The narrator’s voice is soothing

The narrator’s voice is soothing and you are instantly in mediation mode! ! ! The author covers the gamut, informing the listener about the history and benefits of meditation, how it works, how to prepare to do it and how to practice in order to be good at it.
