Narration and style work for me !!!

I have a very hard time keeping my mind from wandering during many guided meditations, so the narration that bothers other reviewers I find very helpful.

I never knew how great meditation could be!!!

My mind just relaxes when I am here. I have mentally learned by breathing you can be at a mind state of relaxation.

Beautiful way to start the day

Take a Deep Breath and Relax

Works Great for me!

This works great for me. This is like an angel guiding me to the proper path. I’ve quit medication and just decided on focus more on my chakras and regularly meditate to help me feel better. I learned from this audio including new techniques and more!

Simple, easy to follow instructions, with soothing music. Supportive and validating for those just beginning their meditation journey. whether recovering from trauma, or just seeking mindfulness this is a great program.
