Wish i tried it earlier

I wish i tried guided meditations early. It has enormously helped my anxiety and taught me how to use breathing techniques and change my state of mind to help control it.

Fabulous narration with a great script

Fabulous narration with a great script. Before this i was listening to guided meditations on Youtube but this is much better. Well deserved 5 star review and would recommend to anybody who needs help with anxiety relief

Helped with my anxiety

I'm somebody who has been having a lot of anxiety lately. I have tried all sorts of meds but nothing seems to work, so i have turned to meditating and clearing my mind. It seems to be helping well at the moment. It has only been a few days but i would recommend this book to anybody in the same position as me

Good value for money

I bought this audiobook without knowing it was a bundle only later to realise you actually get 2 audiobooks in 1 with this purchase. I thought the narrator could have been a little better but not something that diminished the quality of the overall production. Great book that's worth a credit

A very educational audiobook

A very educational audiobook to help with mental health. A gem in the audible world. If this is your first guided meditation audiobook i recommend this one. It has many guided meditation sessions to help promote mindfulness and to slow down your thoughts. Great for meditation lovers and anxiety sufferers

Come back to these sessions whenever you like

A friend introduce me to this audiobook to help calm my mind. I like the fact you can come back to any of these meditation sessions whenever you're ready, and you can use each session a bunch of times before they start getting dull.

I don't usually leaves reviews but i felt like i had to for this book. I didn't realise how much guided meditation sessions would help my anxiety and help calm my mind by using mindfulness techniques. Great listen.

Try listening to this book in the morning

Mindfulness is something i wouldn't of tried in 100 years unless a friend didn't recommended this book to me. After using it for two weeks now I can definitely say this book really helps your anxiety when listened to first thing in the morning.
