Awesome relaxation listen.

Futuristic music is the backdrop for this blissfully peaceful meditation. Unlike some that have me over participating with various techniques that sometimes take away from my focus, this book simply spoke relaxing words that made me feel as if I was on a beautiful visual journey. I will be revisiting this book many times.

Fantastically Relaxed

This was just what I needed, after my long stressful day. Between the soft flowing music and the soothing voice of Jeanne Pilgrim Mayo, I felt immediately at ease and was able just to let go with in a few mins. From start to finish, this is about 30 mins in length, so perfect to incorporate into your daily routine

WONDERFUL!

I'm new to all of this, but gave it an open-minded listen and found it very enjoyable and relaxing. Anything that can give me some relaxation before/during/after a very busy job, I'm all for it. It's not long, so you can fit it into any part of your day. I loved it! Would definitely recommend this to ANYONE wanting to add a little relaxation to your day. Good background music/narration, very nicely done. In today's crazy, dramatic world, it's a MUST! :)

Guided Meditation

A very relaxing and calming guided meditation. It’s only a half hour long, but that was perfect for me. The background music and narrator’s soothing voice help me easily relax. I’ll certainly be listening to this book anytime I need a break from my day to day stresses.

Slept through it, but that's the point!

Lots of breathing, envisioning, and then I woke up. It worked!

I found this mindfulness exercise to be a pleasant experience without any distracting or annoying elements to break the immersion it is intended to create. It's effective in it's simple approach

Narrated in a pleasant, soothing female voice. Just right.

Just what I needed

Great audiobook. Joy, serenity and happiness indeed. Perfect listen for when some extra relaxation is needed. I was provided this book for free and asked to provide a non biased review. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity. This is one that I'll listen to often.

A Very Relaxing Listen

The beautiful music and lovely voice will help you relax whether or not you actually meditate. I listened to this book several times over the last few weeks in varying lengths of time. This was not done on purpose but it helped me relax each time nonetheless. This is excellent to help you get into a meditative state but it also helps you to just relax. You really can't go wrong getting this book and I would recommend it to everyone since we all need to relax.

I needed this

This is so much more than an audiobook. First of all, I thought I needed to wait until I had 30 minutes free to try this. I waited over 3 weeks promising myself I would make time for it. You dont need to listen to the entire guided meditation to benefit from it. You should listen to this when you feel like you need to meditate even if you only have a few minutes. The soft voice and tranquil music start working almost instantly to help your mind and body relax and bring about a sense of calm in less time than it would take to smoke a cigarette. This can also be used to help you relax your mind and thoughts in bed before falling asleep. No sitting pose necessary.

Great guided meditation

If you enjoy guided meditations then this title should be in your collection. It's relaxation with a purpose...to open your eyes to find the happy moments in your life.
I found the combination of the narrator's voice and the background music to be quite calming and suitable for listening before bedtime or whenever you need to take a moment to re-center things.

The narration was useful in helping me refocus whenever my mind would start to drift (as is often the case with people new to meditation). If you are looking to start or continue your meditation practice then I would highly recommend this audiobook.
