Good information

This audiobook gives a good information on the India teachings of Guided meditations with the use of Chakras as well as gives some helpful yoga poses, this is a long audiobook but is organized into around 20 chapters which makes it easy to refer back to, the background music is different in different chapters which is a nice thing, because of various chapters this audio book is nice to listen while doing a short meditation session.
The language of the text is simple, narration is pleasing as well!

The narration is smooth

Along with some nice tips and guided meditations this audiobook in the chapter 19 provides some motivation for guided meditation as well, author tells some nice tips and also gives motivation for beginners in this chapter which I liked, also in chapter 20 the author Olivia Stones tells some yoga positions for guided meditations.
The narration is smooth, Katheryn Siggers speaks slowly which is nice for a guided meditations audiobook.

Liked narrators voice with background music

Liked the narrators voice more with the background music, I think the music and her voice is at a nice ratio, the voice of Katheryn Siggers is smooth, the book has some nice tips for doing guided meditations as well which is kind of nice.

Nicely arranged into chapters

This audiobook is nicely arranged into chapters, there are 7 different chapters for 7 different Chakras meditations as well, liked the fact that the author used different songs for different Chakras, With the song in background the narrator guides through the guided meditation, the voice of narrator is audible with the song in background as well, which is a nice thing. I think listening to one chapter at a time can also be useful for beginners.

nice listen

Right from the start the narrator speaks slowly and politely, just like when someone want to meditate they should not be in hurry, the same way the narrator Katheryn Siggers also does not seems to be in a hurry, the chapter one talks about the Chakras and what Chakras are, I liked this concept of doing guided meditations using the Chakras, I did liked the root chakra meditation and the background music that plays on root chakra meditation.

Narrator has done a nice job

I have found the meditations on this audio book to be profoundly relaxing, narrator has done a nice job, her voice is very helpful to concentrate the meditation because she is telling the instructions with gentle voice, the voice makes me to floating on the sea.
When daily stress gets to be to much I need a place to relax and calm my mind. I found just what I needed and did not add stress by dealing with crowds and stores.

Guided meditation

In this fast moving world it is easy to get stressed out easily but by meditation that stress can be overcomed and this audiobook tells listener how to do that.
Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation audio book I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners.

Easy to listen to

Meditation used to be a mystery for me but now with the help of this book meditation can be understood and applied. This was an amazing audio book that presents so much nice information in a nice way by author, this audio book is simple and is also easy to listen to.
It helps to sleep and I have never heard the last half of this audio book, which is a nice thing.

Wonderful soothing guided meditation

Guided meditations was an easy and simple way for relaxing, just turn the app on and follow the instructions, the audio book does a nice job in terms of guided meditations as used simple language, the language used by the narrator is easy which was helpful when trying to get into meditation.
Wonderful soothing guided meditation, nice for just before bed or falling asleep, nice and soothing narration.

Makes guided meditation simple

Guided meditations are not something that is simple to do, since the time unknown people in India have been doing meditations for awakening their true self as while doing meditations people get to know themselves, feel themselves by disconnecting themselves by the outside world, Guided meditations is a bit complicated but what I liked about this book is that it makes guided meditations simple to try and follow, it has some nice information as well as some nice guided meditations chapters.

Simple

Gives insight in a relatable way

At first I wasn't sure if this would be helpful or not but I must say that this turned out to be a good one for guided meditations.
