I loved everything, the story and voice acting

I have read R.A Salvatore books for almost 30 years now. Started with Homeland and read everything afterwards. So happy that he wrote this story. I was gripped and couldn't stop. Voice acting was top notch and kept you interested.

Well worth the cost.

Do not bother

A good backstory, however, the narrator is so lackluster, lispy, disengaged, & emotionless that I found it an intense struggle to make it through this 45 minute short story. A great story utterly ruined by nearly unintelligible mush-mouthed oration.

Nice back Story

It was a nice break to get a little back story to one of our Hero's companion. Not a lot there, but at least a little something.

origins of beloved characters

Sweet short story that gave details and texture to the magic that is the iconic great cat part of so many stories this author had given us.

Best of all the litle novels.

of all the litle novel by R.A, this is the best one as you can clearly relate to everything you know from the serie and Ghenwyvar.

No Tom Felton , no.

Worst narration ever. Un-engaging. Monotone. Bad. Couldn't' make it past the 2 minute mark. Will be purchasing on paperback to read myself.

Quick but nice

A quick fun short story, which may not prove to be particularly memorable, but was enjoyable nonetheless. It's full of magic and unexpected loyalty. The inherent elegance, intelligence, and power of the panther supersedes the mage's intent to use her as nothing more than a tool. Josidiah, the intended recipient of this magical figurine tool, sees the intelligence of the panther and is reluctant to see her enslaved to his use.

I listened to Tom Felton's narration and was really pleased with how well he did as a narrator.

The Magic of Magic

Guenhwyvar is one of my favourite tales... Not because of just the mystery, the sensuous elves, the beautiful panther, magical sciences, the caring and loyalty... But because of these and do much more.
