There are two main classes of medicinal preparations - herbal and pharmaceutical. Pharmaceutical drugs are either synthesized or refined substances. On the other hand, herbal medicine is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as labelled and final medicinal products containing parts of plants (underground or aerial), plant materials, or combinations of both, as their main active ingredient. Plant materials may come in the form of gums, juices, essential oils, fatty oils, and other similar substances. Herbal drugs may also contain starch or other additives to improve the needed adhesive quality for preparing tablets or pills. However, medicines that have plant material mixed with chemically-active substances are not considered herbal. These include drugs that contain small amounts of isolated plant constituents.

Eat better and feel better

Glidewell does a nice job telling you what you need to know in order to plant, grow, and harvest specific plants that will either be used to help heal you or have safe cosmetic application. The informatio is solid, but it seems like she refers to things that are missing, I'd have to relisten, but it seemed like she woud refer to something that was never mentioned at all. Aside from this it is very helpful, and I would say that anyone who is into organic, herbs, or natural remedies would enjoy using this book

Clinger does the usual clean and clear work narrating. He is very easy to follow and understand. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

20 min long? wtf is this?

the narator was a dreadful microsoft sam. The book was short and not detailed at all. I would have rather read a short article, since they at least might have sources or other resourses.
