  • #78: 3 Mindset Traps To Avoid With Your Health and Fitness
    Mar 4 2026

Let's talk about your mindset when it comes to health and fitness. Is it setting you up for success or slowly but surely sabotaging all of your efforts? Whether you're an all-or-nothing type of person, or maybe you're constantly comparing yourself to others, how you view and approach your fitness might be the reason you do or don't see success.

  • #77 Get Rid Of Back Pain... With Exercises In The Bedroom <3
    Nov 14 2025

In today's episode with a title laced with misleading innuendo, I'll discuss how you can help alleviate your chronic low back pain without leaving your bed (no, this is not an episode claiming sex will cure your back pain). Instead, I'll explain how you can do several exercises first thing in the morning without even leaving your bed that can help get rid of that annoying stiffness many people suffer with.

As promised, here is a list of the exercises with video demonstrations:

    1. Diaphragmatic breathing

    2. Deadbug

    3. Segmental Cat Cow

    4. Side lying hip CAR

    5. Side lying T-spine rotation (open book)

    6. Alternating hip bridge march

  • #76 Should you ALWAYS love your fitness routine?
    May 23 2025

This episode/rant is inspired by a comment that was left on a recent social media post of ours. In a nutshell, this person claimed that as a trainer, you should never give an exercise to a client that they hate. Instead, swap it with something they enjoy which will 'increase their performance'. While I somewhat agree with the random internet troll, there are aspects to his/her comment that I do not. Give this short episode a listen to find out why doing stuff you hate from time to time is actually incredibly beneficial for you.
