These are delightful re-tellings in Ransome's own words of Russian folk tales, and include stories such as "The Little Snow Girl", "Baba Yaga", "Frost", and "Salt".

I like that they included some familiar tales but the audiobook was altogether too short. I wished they would have included some more stories. The narration was good however.
