so many twists and turns in this one
Book three once again center's around Anna and Elijah, but with many twists, and not all of them good one's.
Anna and Elijah are living in the house by themselves now and are getting along great. we are now Three years down the road from the last book. Elijah is thinking about marriage and he's nervous about taking that next step.
The friend from his past who helped him and Anna out of a bad situation in the first book and he let go, is now back in Sugartown. Anna decides to let him stay with them while he gets back on his feet, against Elijah's better judgment.
Anna finds out that Scott, the man who raped her, is out of jail after serving only 4 of his 7 year sentence. He tried to corner her in the bar's bathroom while she was out with the girls.
To top that off Tiffany, the girl Elijah screwed in the bar's bathroom in front of her, is also back in town. Every time she sees her near Elijah she can't stand it and is jealous. even though it had been when they were on a break from each other.
So much happens in this book that at the end you aren't sure which end is up. Thankfully it does end on a HEA. Now I can't wait to dig into the fourth book.
