This story brought back memories of a time I’d long since forgotten. Once there, it took me on a journey. Hard to quantify how fantastic this book was. It’s got so many layers and seamlessly blends them together that will leave you both satisfied and wanting more. Cooper is a rare talent. It’s on full display here. Thank you for the gift of this story!

Phenomenal departure from Cooper

I’m a big fan of C.G. and this unexpected departure from his normal subject matter is terrific. There’s nothing a man likes better than football and crime stories and he uniquely blended both into a cohesive, fast-paced storyline that kept me wanting more.
