Publisher's Summary

The Cowboy’s Surprise Nanny

Ian Grant isn’t a man who accepts help easily. After promising his young son that he could participate in the strawberry festival and then missing the admittance deadline, Ian’s in a bind and forced to ask the mayor for a favor.

The mayor agrees, on one condition: His niece has run into hard times and needs a safe place to stay - Ian’s place to stay. She’s great with kids, and Ian needs someone to look after his rambunctious son Andy while he ranches. Ian agrees, expecting some college-aged girl who’d flunked algebra. Instead, he finds a full-grown woman - a beautiful and sassy one to boot.

Katie Rylie has always dreamed of helping others by teaching them to cook. Her online persona was thriving - until a scandal with her forthcoming cookbook rocked her career. Not only did she have to pay back the entire advance, but her once-loyal fanbase has turned against her.

Defeated and with nowhere to go, Katie feels it’s better to hide out in the country until she can get her life back together. The offer of a free home, an open range, and a wily six-year-old to focus on sounds like just the escape she needs.

When Andy’s diet restrictions force Katie to become creative in the kitchen, she finds herself drawn back into the food world, just as she’s falling in love with Ian and Andy. But Ian, who likes having control of everything, doesn’t know how to ask Katie to become a permanent part of their lives.

The Cowboy’s Contract Marriage

Jonah Grant wants to make his own mark in the world. As a horse breeder starting his business from scratch, he hasn’t had the easiest road. But he might have finally caught a break in the form of two beautiful studs for sale that would be perfect for his stock. The problem is Jonah doesn’t have the funds or any means of getting them - until an old friend shows up with a proposition.

Virginia Leeland wants to build something of her own. The daughter of a traditional family, she refuses to stand behind a husband; she wants to stand on her own two feet. Still, she’ll take advantage of the money bequeathed to her by her grandmother and use it to buy Jonah’s beautiful old barn to host weddings in. The funds, however, are only available upon her marriage, so it’s a good thing she’s engaged.

But when Virginia catches her no-good, cheating fiancé, well, cheating on her, the marriage plans dry up, along with the funds for her business, and Jonah’s plans for expansion. The situation seems hopeless. That is, until Virginia has a champagne-fueled epiphany: She and Jonah can marry. In name only, of course.

The Cowboy’s Rodeo Rival

Nate Grant knows that his eldest brother has the respect, his middle brother has the smarts, and he was left to fight for his own piece of the spotlight. Thus began his daring, dangerous, and often a little bit crazy foray into the world of rodeo.

Now, with his career on the rise, Nate is back in town to do a promotional show at the local Strawberry Festival to land himself a major sponsor. But when he arrives expecting to be welcomed as the hometown hero, he instead finds himself challenged by the only person who could ever make him shake in his boots: Athena Moore.

Athena grew up on the wrong side of the tracks. Limited money for rodeo lessons or competitions meant that while she could best the boys, she couldn’t follow them to the big leagues. Watching Nate excel really lit a fire in her britches, and after school, she began training and teaching young girls rodeo skills.

Great Read

Grant Brothers Series: The Complete Series (Grant Brothers #1-3) was a good read by Leslie North. The Cowboy’s Surprise Nanny (Grant Brothers #1) was a good read by Leslie North. Ian Grant promised his young son that he could participate in the strawberry festival but unfortunately missed the admittance deadline. He is forced to ask the mayor for a favor. The mayor agreed as long as his niece can stay at Ian’s as she has falling onto hard times. It works because Ian needs someone to look after his son while he is ranching, but he never expected to find the full grown woman that showed up on his door. Katie Rylie wanted to help other people by teaching them to cook but a scandal with her upcoming cookbook may ruin her career. The opportunity with Ian and his son, sounds just like the escape she needs. Katie has to get creative in the kitchen when she finds out about Andy’s diet restrictions. She’s not only drawn back to cooking but she is falling in love with both Ian and Andy. Ian is afraid that Katie isn’t a permanent part of their lives. The Cowboy’s Contract Marriage (Grant Brothers #2) was a good read by Leslie North. Jonah Grant is a horse breeder who is starting his business from scratch. There are two beautiful studs who are for sale that would be perfect for him. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the funds or means to get them. Virginia wants to build something for herself. She wants to stand on her own and not rely on a husband. After she finds her fiancé cheating on her, she needs to find someone to marry. She wants to start a business but needs the money her grandmother bequeathed to her. She decides to propose an agreement to benefit herself and Jonah. The Cowboy’s Rodeo Rival (Grant Brothers #3) was a good read by Leslie North. Nate Grant always looked for his own piece of the spotlight with his brothers which led him to the crazy world of rodeo. Nate is back in his home town to do a promotional show at the local strawberry festival and looking to land himself a major sponsor. He didn’t expect to find himself challenged by Athena Moore. Athena grew up with limited money for any rodeo lessons or competitions. She decided to teach and train young girls rodeo skills after skills. She is hoping to win against Nate at the strawberry festival to prove that girls can do anything boys can do. While promoting the event, both Nate and Athena are forced to spend time together. They grow closer and their competition becomes public with a reality show. I really enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

GOOD COLLECTION!

I really enjoyed this collection! Although I read two of these books individually, it was nice to revisit them. The narration was good. The author did a good job with the characters. I look forward to reading more books by this author. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

....temptation that is not to be missed.

North is a wiz at sensuous, but she never misses the mark when it comes to the emotional side of romance. The Grant Brothers are a temptation that is not to be missed. From growing pains to parenthood this group of men may be rough around the edges but irresistible to the heart.

The Cowboy's Surprise Nanny is a romance that becomes a family affair. Ian and Katie prove that true love is neverending and always growing.

The Cowboy's Contract Marriage is deliciously unpredictable in the most obvious of ways. North turns up the seduction with a heartache and a smile.

The Cowboy's Rodeo Rival delivers the spice while shaking up the heart. A doubly pleasureful experience.
