Excellent leadership advice!

Gracious leadership is a refreshing perspective on managing people in a way that is respectful and positive. I truly appreciate the human touch in all of Janet's suggestions. We all need a little grace and our lives!

i enjoyed this book , it made me think about what i can do better in my position, but i also wish there was a work book that came with it for notes and exercises to do.
