Good read, one problem
A well written and narrated book that is worth reading. Meticulously researched. Just one criticism: all the references listed in the text were read our loud no matter how many...and sometimes there were more than 10. This destroyed the flow and enjoyment. A shame, as it was otherwise a great book.

Lots of insightful information, but...
The book is filled with very relevant, timely information. However, the way it is read is very distracting to be able to retain and follow it because the (I assume) parenthetical reference passages are given during the reading. Had I known this, I would have purchased the Kindle version.
NOTE TO AUTHOR: It would be much easier to follow the flow if the references could be included as a PDF and not read during the Audible version.
