Fated Consorts Book 2

Goddess Claiming was just as enjoyable as Goddess Ascending. Elodie was sent to the Ether realm to work on her ascension. Helix and Cole continue with her although it is less than pleasant for both Elodie and Cole but also not a walk in the park for Helix either. Filled with plenty of action and drama but also some heat along the way. We also get a little more of Grim too. Elodie works to fulfill her ascension and choose her consorts. I can’t wait to see what comes next. Ready for book 3.

Growth

I thought the first book was good but this book is just as good or a little better. I love how you can see the growth of everyone in this book. From Kol and Helix people who can't stand each other coming together joking and seeing that they are fighting on the same side and for the same thing. But you can see that there is more to lean. More to fight for. Elidi had made a new goddess friend and is learning more and more about herself and get stronger in more then one way. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Great Book

Goddess Claiming by Heather Hildebrand, brilliantly narrated by Kelly Pruner, is a 5-star audiobook that I highly recommend to all paranormal romance lovers. The book takes you on a thrilling journey with a strong and powerful heroine who is determined to protect herself and her mates from evil.

The story is fast-paced, full of action, and keeps you at the edge of your seat with every word. The characters are well-developed and relatable, and the chemistry between the heroine and her mates is sizzling hot.

I love reverse harem romance, and this series is definitely one of the best in the genre. The author has created a unique world full of shifters, gods, and magic that seamlessly blends together to create a captivating story.

Kelly Pruner's narration is flawless, and she does an excellent job of bringing each character to life with her voice. Her pacing and intonation are perfect, and she keeps you fully engaged in the story from start to finish.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a thrilling and steamy paranormal romance with a strong and badass heroine, Goddess Claiming is the book for you. I can't wait to listen to the next book in the series and find out what happens next.

Wow!

Usually in a book series the second book rarely holds up to the first book. That’s not the case in this series. It kept right on pace with the first book and kept my interest the entire way through. We learned more about what’s been going on and why. Elidi is finally accepting both sides of her power and I can’t wait to see where that goes. I also liked the addition of some of the new characters. Bekah. My only complaint is that Grimm was not in the book more. My favorite is Kol but Grim is a close second. I would of def preferred more of him than Helix but I still enjoyed the series all the same. I enjoyed the narration. I felt over all she did a good job with all of the different characters. I can’t wait to see what happens next in the series!

Loved This!

Really love this series!! It has everything that just draws you in! There is duty, love, friendship, family, powers and enemies to keep you positively riveted to these pages! There are twists that keep you on your toes and sweet moments that make you sigh. I am beyond thrilled that this is a reverse harem. The guys are just too delicious to have to choose between. The storey is engaging and so very unique! I really adore Elidi! She is just so fabulously created! She has spunk and heart and loves fiercely! The villians are so well crafted that they really give off those super creepy vibes. I cannot wait to see just what awaits us next! I'm hoping that the harem grows 😉 Ms. Hildenbrand is one of my favorite writers! She doesn't shy away one little bit from the steam and she's not above torturing her readership. She expertly executes one phenomenon series after another

Fantastic!

It took me a chapter to get back into thus story but once I did I was completely encompassed by the characters and setting. I absolutely loved it, I need the next book ASAP!

Fantastic!!

This was even better than the first book!! Filled with lots of action and romance, Elidi is an amazing character, seeing her become stronger as she works toward ascension to become the Goddess of Light, is so well written! The plot flows beautifully, keeping the reader engaged and not wanting to put it down!! I’m loving this series!!

I have the book and the audiobook, which I love, because the narrator is amazing and truly brings the story to life!!

I am loving the relationships and seeing them build to something really special! I look forward to seeing them continue to grow in the next book!!

Fated Consorts continues with the second book in the series, Goddess Claiming. Heather has done a great job continuing Elodie's story. The story just keeps getting better and better.


The plot was great, new gods are introduced, some enemies while others are friends. Becca was one of those friends, the ascending war goddess was quite the character and becomes a great friend to Elodie who is gonna need all the friends and allies she can get. The egher guardians are a bunch of stuff old men who are stuck in their ways and have it out for our girl. Elodie is starting to realize that there are a lot of things wrong with the guardians and problems in general in the god world. Veda is becoming more of a threat and secrets about just how dangerous she is revealed. But Elodie can handle her, with Irena healing and Elodie finally figuring out her goddess powers she is gonna give Veda a run for her money.


I love listening to the audio, Kelly Pruner continues to do a wonderful job bringing the characters to life. Goddess Claiming was absolutely fantastic. There's always a lot of action with Elodie and the guys but this book also brought a lot of political intrigue, a nice amount of steam, and glorious magic. The story ended on a cliffhanger that not only made my heartache but had me raging. Elodie's story concludes in the third book, Goddess Forging. I for one can't wait for Elodie to show them exactly what kind of Goddess she is.
