Cute spooky story🖤

As a Latina with strong American and Hispanic roots I felt like this book identified both parts of my soul. It has adventure, witchy things and lessons about unconditional love. A great book for most ages!

Loved it and so did my kids!

This story is vibrant, fast paced and full of heart. Just the right amount of spooky for kids. I couldn't put it down. Love the parent/ grandparent- child dynamic, too. It's great to see characters with healthy relationships tackle a challenge together without dysfunctional or disinterested adults.

What a truly wonderful story!

Voice acting can really make or break an audio book....and Almarie Guerra does not disappoint! Guerra does a superb job of bringing the author's words to life. You are immediately transported into the story, enveloped by Ortega's wonderful storytelling and fun / unique characters. I grew up watching Ghost Busters, reading Goosebumps and more recently watching the Stranger Things series. This story hits all of those notes for me. To top it off, the story is filled with so much love and heart, it is the most wholesome merging of those childhood elements for me. I just couldn't put it down. Claribel A. Ortega is truly the wordsmith. There were many times during this story I caught myself smiling ear to ear. Best 5+ hours I've spent in a long while. I highly recommend this! Voice acting: A+ Overall Story: A+

good book but boring

the narrator was great and the characters were great too. the story was just a bit boring - lots and lots of build up, BAM everything's happening at once and then everything is good and well and resolved. it's a standalone and middle grade so I guess that could happen, but meh.
