Publisher's Summary

"Set it and forget it" investing, with less risk and higher returns Get Rich with Dividends is the best-selling dividend-investing book that shows investors how to achieve double-digit returns using a time-tested conservative strategy. Written by a 19-year veteran of the equity markets, this invaluable guide shows you how to set up your investments for minimal maintenance and higher returns, so you can accumulate wealth while you focus on the things that matter.

Using the author's proprietary 10-11-12 system, you'll learn how to generate the income you need on a quarterly or even monthly basis. You'll discover the keys to identifying stocks that will return 12 percent or more every year and how to structure your investments for greater security and financial well-being. This method is so easy to use, you'll want to teach it to your children early to set them up for financial independence and help them avoid the problems that plagued many investors over the past decade.

This book describes:

  • A framework that allows investors to reap higher returns with a low- to no-maintenance plan
  • How to set up an investment system that requires little to no maintenance
  • How to achieve double-digit average annualized returns over the long term
  • How to focus on other things while your money works for you
  • How to increase returns even with below-average growth in share price

Market risk is high, and interest rates are low, making it a perfect time to get started on a more sensible wealth-generation strategy.

Great narrator

This book is for those looking to grow their money in the stock market over the long term. This is not for those that want to be able to beat the market with very few stocks over the short term. The narrator is excellent, especially for the subject matter. I have an MBA and needed a refresher as well as some strategy for saving for retirement as well as a house. So far this has been the best book so far. It isn't too over your head and he does define some of the terms. He gives you keywords to help you in some additional research as well as what to watch out for when looking through so many ratios. Very good book delivered in a way that keeps your attention.

Life changing message

If I'd only heard this earlier. Luckily I still have 20 years before retirement to make this plan work. Thank you Mark Lichtenfeld.

Great book with deep analysis of the subject

I was put off at first by the name including the words "Get Rich With". But as it turned out, it's a very well written book with deep insight, sincere and direct.

One of the most important financial education books I’ve read.

A very instructive, practical and actionable guide to the subject. Backed up by real resources. Like most books of the genre, it’s very US biased, but still immensely valuable for readers from other countries.

Brilliant

So every investor needs this book. This a exactly the way I invest in my own portfolio but the most exciting part which I didn’t think the author was going to touch on but later in the book he shared the strategy of writing covered calls and selling naked puts as part of this strategy which we’ve been using for years and we have easily averaged 20-30% plus. It’s not hard to implement and it’s not day trading, please research covered calls and naked puts and add this to your value dividend investing strategy. It’s a no brainer
