Publisher's Summary

There is a quote attributed to that most famous of individuals, Anonymous: "Starve your distraction, and feed your focus." This is the perfect idea with which to open this great new work from Brian Tracy.

We live in the most technologically advanced period of history, and in the most technologically advanced country. With the advent of mobile phones, killer apps, broadband internet speeds that stagger the imagination, and nearly any bit of information or products/solutions only one click away, how can it be that remaining optimally productive is such a challenge for so many?

In a word: distraction. Many of us spend precious time focusing on the incessant and numerous emails, texts, notifications, ads, etc. that seem important...even urgent...to our success and happiness but in reality only complicate our lives and take us even further from our goals. Brian addresses this challenge of distraction in its many forms and shows you how to "feed your focus" on a daily basis. Learn: productivity promises and pitfalls in our modern age; the psychology of productivity; the best productivity methods ever conceived; how to end procrastination once and for all; and productivity and relationships: where it applies and where it doesn't.

Priceless Information!

This book is the definition of simplistic value! I really appreciate the idea of giving people the truth about success. Some of us think it’s this imaginary place that you just end up one day. After studying, and reading great content like this, you will realize that success is a process in which you can only achieve when putting forth the effort. The idea of the day to day focus, and discipline is very simple. The actual action that needs to be consistently applied to achieve success is the difficult but most valuable part of it all. Thank you for this clear break down of how we can make success more obtained than we might have realized. This book has already changed my life and I just finished today.

I love this book!

I listened to this book over the course of a week, and as soon as I finished it, I played it over again! Sooo, I just finished listening to it for the second time, and I feel like I heard just as many, if not more, valuable nuggets! I am so grateful Brian Tracy exists and that he’s given his gifts to the world! Thanks, Brian & Dan!!

Repetitive

Really good listen. Many of the stories & examples used are repeats of other books by the author.

Great book as usual.

Brian is the best at sales and time management systems and this one was better than some of the other books I have read from Brian.

BRIAN TRACY AT HIS BEST!

This is fantastic book! So easy to listen to and a great shortened version of all Brian's work over the years. Dan does a superb job in asking really pertinent questions. Thank you to you both!
