There are seven sections, covering essential topics such as:

This download comes with a free booklet, which gives the key phrases and dialogues as they appear on the audio. Download the accompanying reference guide.

Very well thought out for such a short program.

In my opinion, better than most of the language programs of equivalent length. I have NO knowledge of Chinese, although I have some familiarity with how language works, and I found this program quite useful--More useful and understandable than the 1- hour "essential phrases" compilations that one might typically purchase.
