Valuable tool

Packed full of great excersices but the cover is too thin, when I packed it in my gym bag it got pretty messed up but I guess it really isn't meant to be carried in a gym bag.You just can't do better.

You need this

This is a great book that contains tons of workouts and workout plans for all kinds of goals as well as the research to back them up. One thing I've always loved about Lee is he does his homework and knows his stuff.
