I am continually troubled with adjusting venture scope, cost, quality, workforce, detailing, risk, and adjusting as prerequisites change. I like how agile project management separates these mind-boggling duties among three agile parts which make it less difficult and less distressing for me.

With this book, I had the idea that I could learn more by implementing and interacting with my colleagues, in conjunction with the learning I had from this book.
