This book will provide you with the 100 verbs you have to learn first to get around when traveling or interacting with German-speaking people.

The phrases are presented in a very simple fashion: past, present, and future. No complications with the many different conjugations and their weird names. Straight and simple.

Wrong grammar

Besides somehow unpleasant voice of the narrator, more important downturn are several elementary mistakes with most basic, well known verbs (e.g. ihr sind instead of ihr seid, du tuts instead of du tust etc.) right at the beginning, which thoroughly erode your trust in the accuracy of the rest of the text.

Great Resource

Would you consider the audio edition of German: Verbs Fast Track Learning to be better than the print version?

This is a great way to get yourself used to hearing the basic tenses with the most used verbs. You can really say and understand a lot with just 100 verbs. 501 German Verbs Fully Conjugated is more thorough but would probably be overkill.

What other book might you compare German: Verbs Fast Track Learning to and why?

501 German Verbs Fully Conjugated, German Fast Track Learning: The 1000 most used words.
