A special book
This is one of the most powerful Christian books I’ve ever read. A beautiful testimony into the heart of God. No life application, just understanding the love Christ has for His children. Will read through with my teenage son. Grateful for this book.

Great insight
I feel like the book began a bit slow and with the basics of our relationship with Christ, but then brought great points and deeper reflective perspectives. My favorite chapters were the last two. Great read!

Most wonderful book on Christ’s love
Other than the Bible, I listen to this book more than any audiobook in my collection. It never grows old and I honestly can’t count the number of times I’ve gone back to it just to remind myself of the incredible love and mercy Mr Ortland portrays so well. It’s the book I recommend to everyone I know and love. Excellent work Mr Ortland!

Christ's heart for YOU revealed
In this life we see time and time again where patience runs out, where parents say "I picture God looking at me and saying, "Again? Really? Didn't you learn from the last 300 times that you did this?!'" We see where others have fallen short and where we have fallen short with our love of others, of God, and of ourselves. We want to know God loves us, and to some degree we know He does and believe that He does, but to what extent? What if He really knew just how fallen our hearts are... what if we just try to perform better, serve more in the church and community, maybe He'll love, or at least tolerate, us more.
Christ's heart for you is not dependent on you. And I know you know that, but do you really believe it in your heart? Do you truly believe and have your identity secure in that you are seen by Him as His perfect bride, beautiful, radiant and holy? Do you see HIM accurately? He is the most beautiful, gentle, kind, and loving person there is. To see His heart is to love Him.
This book will take you deeper into your eternal romance with Christ as you see His heart. When you hear and think about what He Himself revealed about Himself and His heart in scripture, the eyes of your heart and mind will widen with awe as you take in His beauty. Let His heart change you. Let His heart change your relationship with Him. Let His heart change your life. Let His heart win your's more deeply than ever before.
