Audio = automated in this case

I love The White Flag of the Dead series along with The Zombie Wars and Generation Dead. I've read the ebooks multiple times. I bought the audio for the Gen Dead series so I could listen while I'm traveling....yes they are that good :) The story is great but the voice actor makes me cringe. It's as if a computer was reading it. very automated. Plus the voice was not what I pictured the Talon brothers to sound like. I had to picture them as the Winchester brothers...you know, Sam and Dean ;),...in order to get through the audio. once you can get past the voice, it's not so bad.

great book...worst narrator ever!!!

I love the book however I struggle through it due to the narrator. there was no inflection in his voice no emotion he sounded like a robot and it was very hard. I like the author and the story but the narrator should not be narrating books

Changed Narration

I LOVED Joseph Talluto's "White Flag of the Dead" series. Graham Halstead did an absolutely fantastic job narrating, including female characters. Each voice was unique and tailored to fit each character.

When I finished the last book in the "White Flag" series, I was so excited to find out there was a sequel, "Generation Dead." The first book in this series was great and S. W. Salzman did a commendable job narrating the story. I was, however, disappointed at the start book two in the Generation Dead series when I realized the narrator had been changed. The story line of book two was great as well, but the narration was mediocre. Unfortunately, in book three, the narrator has been changed again.
