"You can kiss it and make it better," he said softly.
My gaze dropped to his mouth. It was so tempting, and I suddenly wanted to kiss him again. But for real this time. And just to add fuel to the fire, he ran his tongue over his bottom lip. Slowly, I leaned forward and pressed my mouth to his. After a moment, he parted his lips, an invitation for me to explore his mouth, which I took.
Heat instantly suffused my entire body when our tongues touched. The kiss lasted for only a few seconds, but I could still feel his lips as we backed away from each other. He turned to look back at me.
"Are you going to go with me to see Curtis, or are you going to practice some more?"

love the story and how relatable the characters would have loved to see the story progress a bit more though
I thought it was awesome!
There is so much that goes into being brave enough to explain and express your feelings when it comes to anything personal... The is Superman Status of Brave, that goes into telling ypur friends and family that you are different from them... let alone, that although it is your your preference, and/or what you were born as...that thia is who you are and hoping that they will accept it and you... and the company you keep.... This Book Breaks it down... from family, to friends to first sexual experiences. It captures the emotional roller coaster and the what could happens... of coming out. I LOVED IT!
