Filmmaker Lois Hollis shares her 20 years experience of green juicing with us and how this helped her to heal from heart and liver disease, 30 years of migraine headaches as well as structural deformities.

Her physicians told her that she could not live past 50 years so Lois decided to take her health into her own hands and now at the age of 77, she looks and feels better than she did at 50.

There are so many myths and recipes that we come across when it comes to juicing. Bottom line is that there should not be any 'recipes' to follow as we should only be juicing 1 or 2 vegetables each time.
