Fun reads
Tristan's past has risen up to greet him in the form of a friend erased by the Dark Council. Somehow he's retrieved his mage powers and he's back for revenge in a big way, turning werewolves into his minion army as he destroys their race and anyone who gets between him and Tristan.
These are fun books. The relationship between Tristan and Simon is more often frat brother than coworker with imaginative additions like magic Valhalla coffee distributed by the Valkyries. When you're looking for a fun read complete with full-on magic that isn't a time suck, these fit the bill.

Exciting fantasy with dragons, magic, and weres!
Full Moon Bowl by Orlando A Sanchez and narrated by Kevin T Collins is book two in the series. This book continues with the mage and the detective getting into more situations where something is sure to be destroyed and someone maybe dead! This book has crazed werewolves, dragons, gods, mages, lots of magic, someone trying to set our guys up, and a hell hound named Peaches! An action packed book with a few side stories that blend into the main story and make it super great!
The narration was terrific! Great performance!

What just happened?
If someone described this plot to me, I would have thought it so utterly ridiculous that it couldn't be good. However, it was great. Engaging, fun, interesting. Definitely worth the time.
