An Audio version of "Good.zip"

Great contents; the selection and order of topics, flow of ideas, yet read at a FAST PACE! I found some of the historical concepts slippery, and I had to pause every once in a while to grasp some and let them sink! audible can adjust the speed to 0.75X which is annoyingly!
