Becoming an OBSERVER of the human mind ( the place where madness of man dwells) you no longer actively participate as a PAIN-BODY. This book is for anyone who wants pr needs some. There are so many ways of explaining reality that it's hard to get it wrong. And yet, so many of us struggle to find an explanation that speaks to us. Speaking means to transform the agitated fighting to understand into the calm surrender of knowing.

I have read and listened to Eckhart Tolle over the years. The addition of the song at the beginning and end of each chapter was calming and helped me to understand more clearly what was being conveyed. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to have a better understanding of who the person really is and what one's potential truly is.
