A lot of core ideas grom Eckhart on many topics...what happens upon death, what is enlightenment, what is being, what is present moment, what is anger, etc.

It took a bit of time to get used to the ‘live’ format of the narrative, and the laughter now and then! But what a wonderful experience if you persevere. Tolle simplifies huge concepts into such simple and human language. Life changing indeed. Thank you.
