Donate body to science. Check.

When 17-year-old Kaitlyn checked the box, she never suspected she'd have her life - and her body - stolen from her. She awakens one day in a secret laboratory to discover that her body is now half robot and is forced to hide her own secret: that she still has human emotions and a human mind. If the scientists who made her find out, they'll erase what remains of who she was.

Kaitlyn finds an unlikely ally in Lucas, a handsome, brilliant scientist who can't get over the guilt he feels knowing she was once a vibrant, beautiful young woman. He never expected a science project to affect him the way she does. As he tries to help her rediscover her past, he finds himself falling for the brave girl struggling to find her place and acceptance between the human and computer worlds.

3.5 Stars - Makes you question what could happen.

3.5 Stars #FreakofNature by Julia Crane

An interesting story of what could happen if you donated your body for science.

Really interested in what the next adventure will be.

Interesting

3.5-4 stars this was pure entertainment, the first in a trilogy and focused on world building.

Enjoyed it.

I listened to the 2nd book in the series first by chance. When I realized that there were more, I found the others. I was almost put off by reading the reviews on the the first book but glad that I decided to listen to it anyway. I enjoyed it, definitely young adult but it added the missing background to the second book without being tedious. I’m going to listen to the 3rd next

Totally amazing storyline whit amazing autistic characters that make the book impossible to let go I feel like I need to read/listen the next book already but I only startet on this last night and I’m already finished it’s that good.
And as an autistic woman whit an autistic teenage boy I could se every autistic trade from the beginning in both Lucas and Kate
