Worst voiceover work ever

Trevor should not be narrating books. Or needs to take an acting class, speech classes, etc.

Worst robotic reading ever!

I couldn’t get past the robotic tone of the reader to understand what he was saying.

Please do yourself a favor and listen to a sample of the reading before you buy.

Tourists can dine with a view at the first level

Tourists can dine with a view at the first level or indulge at the Michelin-starred Le Jules Verne restaurant on the second level. At the exhilarating height of 276 meters, the top level offers a sweeping outlook over the city of Paris and beyond. Vistas extend as far as 70 kilometers on a clear day.

The symbol of Paris,

The symbol of Paris, the Eiffel Tower is a feat of ingenuity as much as it is a famous landmark. This structure of 8,000 metallic parts was designed by Gustave Eiffel as a temporary exhibit for the World Fair of 1889. Originally loathed by critics, the 320-meter-high tower is now a beloved and irreplaceable fixture of the Paris skyline.

Read by Microsoft paper clip

The pronunciation makes me cringe and is very monotone. This needs to actually be read in print or read with some feeling.
Factual rendition as a list of facts.
Feel like it’s a complication of marketing brochures in many places. Safety tips are interesting and very cautious.

Piha Beach is most popular among surfers, landscape photographers and holidaying Aucklanders not wanting to stray too far from the city. Black sand and a rugged appearance make this a natural idyll, while Lion Rock – a volcanic monolith with a war memorial and Māori carvings – is a ‘grammable manmade marvel.

The Coromandel peninsula is a summer holiday favourite among New Zealanders. A collection of picturesque coastal towns, campsites, surf spots and fishing locations are serious assets; gems such as Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach are bonuses.

Located on the west coast of the South Island, the Hokitika Gorge is one of those rare places that look as good as the pictures. A walking track 33km (20.5mi) outside the town of Hokitika will bring you to the shimmering turquoise waters and densely forested surrounds. As you reach the viewing platform, a stunning swing bridge comes into view: the ultimate spot for a photo opportunity.

Thoroughly enjoyable content! You do not even need to be a Francophile to enjoy the stuff. Making friends, drinking wine, learning French... Love it and hope there is a series!

A must have before travelling to France.

I have been using Traveling the World and some Bradt Travel Guides for many years now. This is the first time I bought an audible travel guide. Traveling the World France is good for a quick skimming over before you do detailed planning. It is great at that.
Worth owning if you travel in/to France often.

Best guide to France that you will ever need!

The guide was remarkably useful while traveling for the few weeks through France, as well as in trip training. I ended up building my index in notes by searching through my program.
