How can he love a woman who doesn’t know her own name?

Angela Wilcox has lost her memory. Pregnant and alone, she has no idea who she is, where she’s from, or how she found her way to Montana Territory.

Hank Oster is the new deputy sheriff in Bozeman. And he’s on the trail of a gang of cattle rustlers. When he discovers a beautiful, young woman alone in an abandoned cabin in the middle of nowhere, his first instinct is to help find her family. But he soon discovers she has no idea who they are or where they might be. And it seems she doesn’t want to know.

Forgotten Trails is the last installment in the Paradise Valley series of clean historical western romances and brings new characters home to Paradise Ranch while old, beloved characters will have their whole world shaken to the core as they bid the ranch a final farewell.

Sweet Western Historical Romance!

This is the fifth and last book in the Paradise Valley Series, a clean Historical Western Romance. I love Vivi Holt writing. Hank and Angela's story is beautiful, and heartwarming. Hank (Ost) is a handsome man, loving, caring and protective. Angela (Sarah) is a lovely strong and courageous woman. I love the ending. Amanda Stribling did a great job with the narration.

I so enjoyed this wonderful book. I think Aust is such an awesome character. It’s great to see him grow into the man he is meant to be. I loved the suspense, drama and so many emotions. I want to say so much more but I don’t want to spoil anything. I really enjoyed this book, I highly recommend it.

Angela's memory

Hank came across Angela while he was making his rounds looking for cattle rustlers. He takes her home, thinking that finding her family will be easy. Except she has no memory of who she is or where she came from. What she does have is a general feeling of fear and believes someone is after her.
She is pregnant and Hank believes that she must have a husband out there somewhere. Thanks to Hank's investigating, Angela's past becomes clear and a way forward is decided on.
I picked up this series with Book 4 and 5 and the secondary plot of the ranch owners was a little unclear to me. I am sure if I had started with book 1 it would have been more clear.
Great plot and characters that I have come to expect from Vivi Holt. Excellent narration by Amanda Stribling.

Lost Memory...

Hanks the sheriff, finds a woman hiding while searching for cattle rustlers. She's alone, pregnant, and oh yeah also has amnesia. Hank takes her to Paradise Ranch for help watching after her. Hank finds himself falling for the beautiful and confused woman in their care, but can anything come from it or is he setting himself up for heartbreak? It's a wonderful clean historical/western romance and is very well written. The narration was fantastic. This is a story I will listen to again.

Loss of Memory

Hank is the new deputy sheriff. He is after a ganh of rustlers. He is out looking for them and the night turns stormy. He is looking for a place to find shelter. He spots an old cabin and heads there for shelter.

He found her in the abandoned cabin and she does no know who she is or where she is. When Hank mentions finding her family she becomes scared and agitated. She keeps saying someone is after her but she does not know who.
When he takes her to Paradise Ranch for them to look after her they find out her name is Angela Wilcocks. But what happened to her parent?

I recommend this book. It has a lot of things going on in the story and you will not want to put it down. It is well written and the narration is very good.
