By far the most exciting of the series!

I think this is one of the best series I have had the privilege of reading and this book is by far one of the most exciting! The story started with action and didn't seem to slow down. So many of our favorites make an appearance and there are wonderful laugh-out-loud moments. The story moves at a good pace from beginning to end and does not disappoint with the outcome.

Eric G. Dove is wonderful and carries off each character flawlessly! "Dude" does the job well!

if you are a Kathleen Brooks fan or just now found her this is a great book .you'll laugh and cry . All the while being in suspense .

Love to story line as usual. All the crossovers, and the final suspense. Puppy love too

Perfection every book!

Every title in all of every K.B. series leaves me with the same request- ‘please may I have some more?!!!’ ASAP!!! Just true escapism, FUN!, laughs and tears. Thank you, Ms. Brooks et al.

As always Kathleen Brooks does not let you down…and “Laney” is perfect for Kale…and Keeneston gets even better. Don’t miss this story or the series! And Eric G Dove totally makes the audible beyond great!

Love Kale

Kathleen has written yet another great book! I’ve always liked Kale, so it was great to see the development of his character. I loved the suspense and the laughs! Wow, “dude” DOES count as a whole vocabulary!

Characters

As always it was a wonderful story. I loved how it brought in all previous characters. The narrator was wonderful as always. I can’t wait for the next in this series and shadows landing

Again, how do you leave a review without giving away spoilers when so much happens! If you haven’t read any of this series DO NOT START HERE. You have to start from the beginning or you can not appreciate this book they way you would otherwise. Kale and Delaney’s story is definitely now in my top 3 favorites from this series ( there are around 30!) and what is awesome is all 3 are the Mueez family. Ahmed, Abby and Kale, I just love theirs. I would love to find towns like the ones Kathleen Brooks writes about. Love the stories and I can not wait until the next one!

Finally Kale’s story

I was so looking forward to Kale’s story. Ms. Brooks provided in a super fantastic way! When the plot is serious, Ms. Brooks adds comic relief!!
I know that I’ll want to relisten to this many times.
