Our favorite Real Estate Agent is back, and once again murder seems to follow her. When Cindy finds herself in the middle of another murder investigation it could end up hitting a little close to home.

Amy Deuchler is back to lend her voice talents to the third book in this series. She always does a marvelous job and this book was no different.

Great series

Great continuation of this series or great as a stand alone. Love the characters and the storyline had me guessing. Great read!

Jessica Fletcher sells houses and solved murders

I enjoyed this book. There is a lot of home life drama with this instalment in this delightful series but as it involves a pregnant woman getting rushed to hospital by her gay best friend, I didn't mind. I think I might have event chuckled during it. Even with a new baby at home Cindy is quickly back to investigating a murder and I loved it. The characters are so much fun from the playful twin boys to the over protective gay best friend. The mother in law is a nightmare and I smiled when Cindy stood up to her, hey if she can take on a killer why not a mother in law. There is a lot of suspects which kept me guessing and listening until the very end. I like the Jessica Fletcher references having grown up watching the programme and think Jessica would enjoy meeting the capable Cindy. I can't wait for the next book.
Cindy just weeks away from giving birth is desperate to sell a house and have the commission money as a back up while out on leave. So instead of awaiting for a client to find her she goes out look for “For Sale by Owner,” in the hopes of talking the owner to sign with her. She thought her luck was in when she finds a fun down mansion and the owner agreed to go with her. The problem is the reason no other realtor wanted it is because the man just got out of prison for killing his wife. Cindy's boos talks her out of representing him but when she returns to pull out she finds him bleeding to death and whispering he didn't kill his wife. Cindy believes him and when the new owner asks her to continue to list the house she uses the opportunity to investigate. Can she find out who killed his wife and possibly him? As well as sell the disputed over house. With her mother in law moved into her house to look after the children Cindy has no reason not to ask questions, especially when the police believe it's karma. But will doing so put her and somebody she loves in danger?
I like the narrator. I have listened to a number of books narrated by her, which include all the books in this series, and always find her a pleasure to listen too.

Cindy is a realtor and 8 months pregnant. She's gone out to look for houses to try to get under contract to sell. She sees one and talks to the owner, a guy named Percy. When she heads to the office to tell her boss he gets upset and tells her the guy is a murderer and just out of prison for good behaviour. He tells her to go back the next day and ask him to sign the papers to let them go as his realtor. The next he goes with her to the house, he doesn't want her to go alone. When they arrive she goes in to find Percy in a pool of blood.As Percy tells her he loved his wife. Then he dies. This causes her to go into labour. After having her baby, Now she's on a mission to prove Percy was innocent.
The story was fantastic. The narrator brings the characters to life and keeps the reader enthralled to the end of the story.
Fantastic audio and story.

Cindy is out looking for houses for sale by Owner hoping to score a listing only she gets more than she bargained for when the owner ends up murdered and she's the last one to see him alive! great narration enjoy this series

Murder, greed and lust!

I'm innocent! Doesn't every killer say this? This well-written mystery holds your attention throughout with all the twists and turns.

Amy Deuchler does a great job narrating and brings the characters to life.

Another great Cindy York mystery

Cindy York is back again, trying to sell a house that is tainted by tragedy. I've listened to all three books in the series and like the recurring characters and sometimes humorous situations that Catherine Bruns writes into the stories. Amy Deuchler does a great job with the narration.

Looking forward to finding out what happens in the continuing tale of Cindy York.

Murder & Real Estate

Who knew real estate could be so much fun! This is such a fun cozy mystery. I love Cindy's spunk and ability to attract trouble. She's 44 years old and 8 months pregnant at the start of this book and finds herself facing another dead body. She off again to solve another murder since the police aren't interested in investigating the murder of a convicted murder. These books can stand alone but they are fun enough I would recommend reading them all in order. The narrator is top notch and is simply a lot of fun to listen to. If you like the clean cozy mysteries then you'll love this series!

For Sale by Killer by Catherine Bruns is book 3 in the Cindy York mysteries. As a former realtor, I appreciate the details and safety precautions many in the industry take. I was immediately pulled into this book. I loved the details and imagery, the storyline, and a number of the characters. Amy Deuchler is magical bringing the characters to life. I love her narration. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntary written this review. I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator. Great standalone listen and part of the series.

Loved it

This is the third book of the series and I absolutely loved it. There is a great combination of mystery,murder, suspense and humor. I love the way the narrator reads each character so that you know who is talking. I am looking forward to more books in this series.
