This was an amazing story. I was so excited to get back to it asap.

The narrator had a wonderful voice to listen to. Easy and engaging with lots of twists.

not her best work

I felt the story was very predictable and so so. I listen to the end but this novel was not anything special compared to some of her other ones

Did not like the narrator

I feel like the story is probably good, but the narrator made me want to go to sleep. I didn’t even finish the book sadly and I am a longtime fan of Danielle Steele novels. I don’t know that I will be purchasing any more audiobooks, particularly if it is the same narrator.

Repeat, repeat, repeat.

Over half of the book is just a repeat of what has already been said, which is sad, the story is decent, the repetitiveness gets annoying.

Awful

I wondered why a Danielle Steele novel was on the best seller’s list and after listening to it, I still don’t know why. Except to say maybe people thought it was a good “beach read”. But it’s an awful “read” no matter where one is.
Please don’t waste your time.

Very low-key & predictable story. Reminded me of oatmeal-mushy & bland. Kept waiting for an unexpected turn but it never came
