Publisher's summary

During his 28 years as a holistic practitioner and health expert on syndicated TV and radio, Dr. David Friedman has interviewed hundreds of world-renowned doctors and best-selling authors. From proponents of a vegan, paleo, mediterranean diet to a gluten-free and low-carb diet, the opinions are as different as night and day.

After becoming frustrated with all the conflicting research and opinions, Dr. Friedman wrote Food Sanity, which explores all the fads, facts, and fiction. Using a common science meets commonsense approach, this groundbreaking book finally answers the big question: What the heck are we supposed to eat?

Listeners will discover never-before-heard nutritional and dieting advice that will ensure they get the maximum benefits from their food and dietary supplements. Food Sanity offers a definitive blueprint on how to eat in the unhealthiest developed country in the world ... the good ole' USA.

A good book but...

All the good information but after reading this book, there’s nothing much left to eat. Everything is dangerous or cancerous.

Eye opening

I found this very informative and eye opening. Good information on how to eat right and take care of the one body we all have. It’s very scary how corrupt our government really is when it comes to food and medicine.

Best book on nutrition I’ve read

This book is amazing. It sheds light on America’s greed in the food industry while providing you with the natural swaps to all of the unnecessary things we consume. Must read if you are trying to progress in your health journey.

Lots to “digest”

Thought it was well done. I found it after reading Fit For Life. Was a good follow up. Lots to regain but I def I took a few things away and understand why some of the things I already do make me feel good or bad. Worth the time
