Unfocused

This book was very unfocused. I found myself wondering how we got to this point several times. I would have liked a little more detail in a few areas and less jumping around. But some good basic information and a good place to start your journey.

Not helpful

Lots of questions with very little practical application. Focusing on dieting and restricting foods which is not what emotional eaters need to hear. Many vague suggestions. No practical help. The reader seemed rushed.
