I love it

It is a great reference book for switching unhealthy items with more healthy meals. I will keep it around for the recipes only.

Kudos!

I have been looking for a food plan that was not strictly vegetarian. I do like a good steak or seafood to eat occasionally. This is a very good starting point. It is also a good starting point to becoming a vegetarian, especially if you are not ready to give up meat and seafood.
