After being diagnosed at 18 with an autoimmune disease, Molly was fired from her job in investment banking after requesting to work from home one day a week. Molly then met her now partner Maurice O’Brien on the dating app, and after five dates they decided to start a business together which would provide a platform for people like them who wanted more flexibility in their jobs.
