Heaven, reincarnation, or perhaps a new and totally unimaginable existence? He had developed the surgical sciences necessary to attempt his experiment, and his dry-run had been successful with his prize chimpanzee, Lulu. But Lulu was not a human, and the goal was to finally define what death led to for people, if anything. Medical science was about to be tested to the ultimate, and life might never be the same again.

I can’t wait for the movie!

A fascinating tale of the physiologic search for the ultimate life force called the soul, and what happens to it after death.
If this were a movie, the Academy Award for best supporting actress would go to the story’s initial experimental subject, a chimpanzee named Lulu!

I loved the primate / human connection. It was believable!

I enjoyed the storyline. It kept my interest until the last page. And I liked the final connection between heaven , God and our souls next journey in the afterlife .The narrator was excellent as well

Very thoughtful and highly interesting book. Very different from anything else I've read. The narration is excellent. The plot is highly detailed and keeps your interest throughout. Highly recommend it.

The investigation of the unknown.

Storyline was well constructed, Characters are interesting, ending is unexpected. Needs a sequel. Mary had a little lamb!
