Things are not well within the Lodrak Empire. An entire city goes up in smoke and ash, and an entire province is slowly being consumed by an ever-expanding cloud of death.

Very Tasty

a truly tasty addition to and already delicious book series. if you're reading this and wondering why I'm describing the book as though it were a meal... You'll understand and thank me when you listen to it. I recommend this to anyone with a good sense of humor.

suprising read

a bit harsh in some places, but an enjoyable read overall, I'll continue with the next book

Still about Boxy :)

Dont worry about the last 20 mins of Book 1, which describes the thoughts of the young Emperor Einheart & politics. Although that has relevant clues, Book 2 is still about our favorite square (hero/monster) mimic.... and well worth the $ or credit.
My other comments are same as others' feedback: great narration, interesting & progessing story, etc.

Gets better as it goes on...

This story kept getting better as it went along, especially once the author left the demon characters (and the related gratuitous sex descriptions) behind.

Just when you think it's all going down hill...

...someone jumps off a cliff. Got a Kick out of the god of chaos. "Say my name three times..." LOL! (Ya gotta read it to hear the punchline.)

This book is wrong in nearly every way imaginable. I smiled and laughed the entire way through. The writing is brilliant. I was so sad when it ended. I highly recommend this book to mature adult audiences.

Great Part 2

Honestly the writing is entertaining and great, but the narrator really knocks it out of the park. If you’re into any RPG stuff, start with part 1 and you’ll find yourself here in record time.
