A Good Mystery

It is a little obvious, but sometimes I like obvious, then I don't have to think so much! It has a good ending as well!

Pretty good

Unlike most lead characters in cozy mysteries, Meg does not invite herself into murder investigations. She is intelligent and likable and is trying to do her job when someone pulls her into their situation. That makes her different. The investigation that follows is interesting. This isn't a fast paced page turner but it is an enjoyable book.

I Like Nell

The main character of this series is Nell Pratt. She is president of a museum in Philadelphia. She is a career woman, probably in her 30;s or 40's. She's smart and logical. These stories are not action packed. Certain parts of the plot are predictable. But I find I enjoy reading about Nell's life. If I met someone like Nell, I'd want to be friends with her.

There is the beginning of a romantic relationship in this book. It is a part of the story, but not the main theme of the story.

There are more books in this series. If they don't become available at Audio, I will read the books.

There is no graphic violence or sex.
