Erin’s story is not an easy one. Erin’s story is a powerful one. It is a story of finding light and hope in the darkness. It is also a story of survival and of advocacy. If you do not suffer from mental illness, you undoubtedly love or know someone who has.
In a society where the social stigma of mental illness still runs deep, it’s of critical importance that we talk about it. Normalizing the need for help will save lives.
