Finding Sisu promises insight into Finnish resilience, but for me it mostly repeated familiar self-help themes: eat well, stay active, connect with nature. While pleasant to read and sprinkled with cultural references, it didn’t offer much new beyond the usual lifestyle advice found in many similar books.
