Katie family and friends are in for a very bumpy ride. everyone is back on the island and life is running smoothly until Nick takes a job with the refinery on the island. Add to that a crazy islander who is causing problems at the house and crooked cops treats. This is another wild ride for both friends and family. Everyone comes together in an attempt to finally have harmony

Still loving this series

When we meet with Kathie and Nick again, they are living in Analise, and not only have Taylor with them, but also a brand new pair of twin baby girls. Kathie and Eva are singing together again, and she and Nick are now ready to work together. But, after giving birth, Kathie feels a bit insecure about her appearance. And Nick isn't helping, as he is acting a bit... shifty.

And then, in quick succession, a body shows up in her front yard, a man claims that Analise is built over a slaves' cemetery, and Kathie is 'fired' by Nick, who thinks the case they were working is too dangerous to have her working on it.

And then, Nick disappears... From there, there are a lot of running, strange dreams, disquieting conversations with Nick's father, and Analise's particular brand of help :P

I really enjoyed this story, too. A lot of travelling, action, and a realistic portrait of Kathie and Nick's relationship. Kathie keeps getting better and I simply adore her.

My only complaint is about something that is a pet peeve of mine, and probably won't annoy anyone else, but here you go: if your characters are talking another language (Spanish, in this case) be sure that, when they do it, they are grammatically correct.

Ashley Ulery did a great job narrating =D

Filled with humor, humanity, passion & adventure!

These stories are just so much fun, exciting and you can never guess where they are going to go! These mysteries have a little something for everyone. They are filled with humor, humanity, passion & adventure! In this latest installment Nick winds up missing and Katie has no idea why or where. The mystery unfolds, the search is on and the bad guys are hot on their trail! Of course Annalise lends her hand as she does and keeps Katie on the right track! When the pieces start falling together things get really scary and every one must work together or die trying! Even though this is a trilogy I know it cannot be the end of these great characters! I cannot wait to hear what comes next from this awesome author!!!

Story Disappointing

I've listened to all three books in this series. My favorite was the second. I found this one to be the most disappointing. The story was a little too unbelievable for my taste (I realize this is a taste issue) and frankly not that interesting. I also find the narrator's voice for the main character a little too whiney (again a taste issue). It seemed to me that the first two involved more character development and better plot. And the idea that a father-in-law would suggest that his son might have left his daughter-in-law because she hadn't lost the last ten pounds after giving birth to twins made him a most unlikable and unsympathetic character.

A Wonderful Series

As soon as I finished the first book, I had to order the other two. They held my interest throughout and I loved the narrator, being a Georgia girl.

Love this book!

Finding Harmony is as smart and feisty as its red-headed protagonist. Katie Kovacs faces motherhood, relationship challenges, twinges of self-doubt, blackmail, murder, a drug cartel and a missing husband with her usual courage, strength, and wit. For mystery and suspense, Finding Harmony does not disappoint. I hope there will be more books in the Katie & Annalise series.

This book hits all the right notes for me

I have listened to the previous books in this series and this book is by my favourite one so far. It contains the perfect amount of mystery, suspense, super natural and romance to make it a perfect blend of harmony. You don't need to have read the previous books to follow along but I think it does help to explain the relationships between the characters and more importantly the house, which I just love. A ghost taking on the bad guys by not letting them into the house or throwing thing's is great fun. If you don't like syfy stories you can still enjoy this book as it only plays a small part in the story.
Nick and his wife Katie start to investigate a dead body that turns up on there drive way, with three young children in the house and him owning his own private investigation agency, they have no choice but to investigate when the police rule it a suicide. Being hampered at every step it is obvious that something serious is going on and Nick goes it alone. When he doesn't return home when he is expected Katie starts a man hunt, with the help of her father in law. Things take them in an unexpected direction where they are not only fighting for Nick but also to save there own lives when the guns start blazing.
I really like the narrator for this series of books and love the way she switches between American and Island talk.
