A Great Start to Finding Your Why

It takescourage to lay the 'How' on the table for the world to pick apart. A lesser team would have been thwarted by the challenge of deconstructing and communicating a very human journey into a roadmap that can help guide so many of us.

For me, the timing of this book was critical. As I read, it became clear that my difficulty in leaping into the unknown of my 'why' was because I couldn't see the 'how' ahead of me. Find Your Why gave me the confidence to clearly speak about the things I already knew and believed in, but handed quite figured out how to apply in a business environment.

If you already know that your 'Why' is helping others discover theirs, this book will give you the words you need to inspire them to start looking and the tools you need to help them discover it.

This is a must read

I came in with average expectations and could not have been more surprised or encouraged with the results this book has had on me in just under a weeks time. I can't wait to apply the lessons i have learned in all aspects of my life. Read this book, It will not disappoint.

Not a worthy follow up to a classic

A little deceiving: this is not a Simon Sinek book. It’s a companion guide from his coworkers, and not nearly as good as the big dog.

The narrator even sounds a little like Simon, but the pace is awkward, very few compelling stories or memorable bullet points.

Skip this one and get ‘start with why’ or ‘leaders eat last’

As the title says

This book is prefaced by Simon but I figured there would be more application for the individual. It covers finding your why with the help of someone else, helping the tribe find their why and your company to find their why.

Its a great book if you want a guide on how to expand the idea of why through out your group or organization. If you are reading this book however, you have already read all of Simon's other books. Just re-read those if its for your self only. I am about half way thru it and its been a bit of struggle because it focuses 33% on the individual.

Powerful

My life has revolved around being life giving adding value and helping others identify their purpose& maximize their potential. This book will help me continue the journey of self discovery and growth will impacting the lives of those around me. A must have for leaders leading leaders!

solid and useful and worth the time

great great work and easy to listen so much so I just ordered the paper version to put it into use regularly.

Not Worth A Credit.

This is a decent book, but if you're looking for your Why and are an individual, it's not worth the credit. If you're planning a workshop, get it.
