Authenticity

I loved the detailed analysis of what Seth went through day to day on his journey to fit in and be free from what society said ailed him. I loved the self reflection of how he journaled daily and the descriptions of his struggles. I felt like I was right there getting the day to day updated of the struggles. I learned how to reflect on situations that I experience in my daily life by how Seth did and how to reflect through journaling to express emotions. It’s a great self story of Seth’s time at the treatment facility and all the trials and tribulations of what society wants us to be. Very well detailed!!!
