Omg this audio book was absolutely positively amazing. I would highly recommend this audio book.

A good story

The characters in this book are an injured alpha bare-knuckle fighter, Mac, and an omega physical therapist, Conner. Both are interesting and likeable characters, and the storyline was really good... until the end.

Which it felt truly... convenient? I don't know if that's the word, maybe extraordinarily lucky? But all in all, the story is worthy of reading/listening. The relationship between the characters felt genuine, and the conflict, realistic. I only wish I could say the same about the resolution :P

Nevertheless, the epilogue is great, with hints about what will come next in the series, and it certainly aroused my curiosity :P

Christopher Kauzlarich did a very good job with the narration.

Do not screw the clients....

Connor is a PT and has been given a very difficult new client, a MMA fighter Mac. Mac has been in a serious car crash that killed the drover of the car he was in.

Conner is trying to get him back in shape and Mac tried to be difficult with him but Connor does not take his shit. However Mac is backed into a fight with the person he had his last victory against. A rematch to which Mac agrees, however it is not too much later too later he finds out it is in 6 weeks. Mac's trainer is not happy about it, Connor is very not happy about it either.

Working in close proximity with each other they start to have feelings with each other. During one workout Connor goes into heat and since they already had feelings for each other they really can not stop. Mac does not have protection but Connor says he will take a pill in the morning,

What happens after they sleep together? Will they continue to see each other even though Mac is Connor's client? Will Connor have his fight and not get hurt?

Sweet Quick listen

This is a quick one. Short and sweet. Narration is done well, it's a little of an insta-love and could have been a little more developed but overall a nice listen while I work.

A heart tugger

The chemistry and interactions between Connor and Mac drew me in and kept me listening. I enjoyed watching this love story play out. I liked that both men were equals and treated each other as such. I especially liked that Mac was willing to lose a fight to win Connor's heart. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Conner & Mac

An injured, Alpha fighter and an Omega therapist. Both are very strong willed and in a difficult situation of therapist- patient. Mac is more than a bone headed fighter, he just needs to dig deeper to find his future.
